Salesforce reported $63.4 billion of remaining performance obligation, up 11%, at the end of fiscal 2025, and an attrition rate of about 8% excluding Slack self-service. Its annual report credits a growing ecosystem, including Data Cloud and a community of 19 million Trailblazers, and says more than 90% of the Fortune 500 are customers. Each customer’s data, configuration and trained staff sit inside the platform.
