→At December 31 2024, CDW reported DSO of 84 days, inventory supply of 13 days and DPO of 79 days, yielding an 18-day cycle. The comparable 2023 components were 77, 13 and 73 days, yielding 17 days. Management attributed the movements primarily to multi-year transactions and collection/payment timing. That explanation is company attribution, not an isolated effect of a new collections policy.
